Glow Beauty is a system of medicine which offers a holistic and individualized approach to your health.

The objective of the Glow Beauty approach is to consider your entire picture. It represents your current state of health (physical, mental and emotional) and enables me to determine what is best suited to you at this time. It is not intended to be a substitute for allopathic or traditional medicine.

The therapy and information offered should not be construed by you, the client, to be a medical diagnosis of any disease or injury. You should consult with your physician for any serious medical condition.

I acknowledge that I have the option of seeking/continuing conventional medical care from a medical doctor and that homeopathic treatment and conventional medical treatments are different but can complement each other.

I confirm that there has been no suggestion made to me that I refrain from seeking or following conventional medical treatment.

The gut reset is not a supplement for your existing primary medical care. The sips are sold as drinkable sips. The program begins on the date of purchase or completion of payment plan and arrival of the manual. You will have access to the team during the program time only.

If you decide not to finish the sips or begin the program on the date of purchase and agreed date, the consulting and guidance is void.

There is no refunds on Glow purchases under any circumstances.

I AGREE THAT:

- I have read all FAQ tabs and the website.

- I have asked all questions I have about the reset, products, ingredients and what to expect during my time on the reset.

- I will not use or distribute the reset, manual, or information to others.

I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that I have been informed of and understand the assessment and recommended treatment described above and have discussed to my satisfaction this and any requests for related information with Glow Beauty. 

I have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the assessment and recommended treatment and have received answers to such questions. I will not ask several questions after purchasing and signing this waiver. My questions have been answered. 

I further acknowledge and confirm that i have been informed about what is homeopathy and basic principles of homeopathy, the nature of homeopathic treatment, acute and chronic illnesses, prognosis, treatment expectations, nature and safety of medicine and fee schedule and all the information i provide is confidential and who will have access to it. The possibility of follow-up visits was also discussed.

I acknowledge I have discussed, or have had the opportunity to discuss, with Glow Beauty the nature and purpose of homeopathic treatment in general and my treatment in particular as well as the contents of this Consent.

I consent to the homeopathic treatments offered or recommended to me as well as nutrition treatment and supplement recommendations. 

I intend this consent to apply to all my present and future treatments with Glow. 

PURCHASING WITH A GLOW REP:

If you are purchasing with a Glow Rep, rather than the owner, you are agreeing to work with your rep for the duration of your Reset. This is how we account for time and clients. No exceptions.

When Purchasing - We utilize PayPal. Please ensure that your address on your PayPal account is correct as that is the address that will carry over to the shipping label. You are responsible for ensuring proper mailing address.

SIDE EFFECTS:

There are some known side effects in a small percentage of people who use supplements. 

Glow Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions to any supplements you take during or after the program. 

In a small percentage of people the solution does not work as satisfactorily or for as long as usual. 

Known significant risks have not been disclosed yet the theoretical risk of unknown complications does exist.

This is not a substitution for medical advice. 

If you are taking any medication, it is up to you, the purchaser to let your primary care doctor know that you are adding supplements.

Some supplements include fish oil should be used in caution with blood thinning medications.

I understand that if I am taking a blood thinning medication, this treatment may result in significant bruising and may not be recommended.
